BASIC STAGES OF THE PROJECT «CHOICE OF THE YEAR-2008» IN UKRAINE

1 stage March, 1 - May, 1

Presenting of applications from companies about participating in a project.
Consideration of suggestions about engaging of new nominations by the organization committee.
Composition of new nominations and consultative help of participants for correct composition
Signing of Agreement and 1st Protocol about participating in the project.
Payment of the participation.

2 stage May, 1 - August, 1

Holding of marketing researches for a project «Choice of the year 2008» (TNS-Ukraine (Ukraine), «Restaurant consulting» (Kyiv)).

3 stage August, 1 - October, 1

Notification of the results of project researches to the participators.
Presenting company's representative/s datas for participating in the VIII International conference
Confirmation of winner Packet/s by a participant in case of victory on leader positions.
Signing of 2nd and 3rd Protocols.
Payment of winner Packet/s on confirmed positions.
Preparation and presenting of necessary materials for the High-festive ceremony of winners awarding.
Presenting of information about participating in the exhibition of goods-participators.
Cheking and confirmation of the results by the International audit company Deloitte.

4 stage October, 1 - December, 1

Participation of companies' representative/s in the VIII International conference «Goods and services promotion on the Ukrainian market».
Participation in the High-festive ceremony of winners awarding.
Presenting of necessary materials for the final booklet of winners «Choice of the year 2008».
