Stages of the project 2010
BASIC STAGES OF THE PROJECT “CHOICE OF THE YEAR-2010” IN UKRAINE
1st stage (March 1 - May 1)
Filing companies applications about participating in the project.
Consideration of introducing new nominations by the organization committee.
Composition of new nominations and consultative help of participants concerning the correctness of the composition
Signing of an Agreement and 1st Protocol about participating in the project.
Paying for participation.
2nd stage (May 1 – August 1)
Holding marketing researches for the project “Choice of the year 2010” (TNS (Ukraine, Kyiv)).
3rd stage (August 1 – October 1)
Announcing of the results of the project researches to the participators.
Presenting company's representative/s data for participating in the X International conference
Confirmation of winner Package/s by a participant in case of victory on leading positions.
Signing of 2nd and 3rd Protocols.
Paying for winner Package/s on confirmed positions.
Preparation and presenting all the necessary materials for gala ceremony of winners awarding.
Presenting of information about participating in the exhibition of goods-participators.
Choking and confirmation of the results by the International audit company Deloitte.
4th stage (October 1 – December 1)
Participation of companies' representative/s in the X International conference «Goods and services promotion on the Ukrainian market».
Participation in the gala ceremony of winners awarding.
Presenting of necessary materials for the final booklet of winners «Choice of the year 2010».
